a bit picky maybe but shouldn't you remove Catapult and Trebuchet from the roman troop types and add
Cat/Cata: Catapult for the teutons

you could also add

TH: TownHall
Party: Small Tea Party
GB: Grand Ball

Neat idea!

I don't think the Travian forums allow you to use Indent / Tab or make a Table. So I can't contribute much to the layout. I see what you are trying to do by sorting it into Travian-related subheadings, but I think a Glossary / Dictionary would be better sorted into subheadings of A, B, C, D, and with better descriptions like you would find in a genuine Dictionary. For example...

A - Travian related terms beginning with the letter A
Acc Account; of or relating to something with a username and login
Admin Administrator; someone who overlooks or manages a group of people
AFAIK As Far As I Know; internet slang
AFK Away From Keyboard; another term for BRB or 'not here'
Ally Alliance; another term for your own alliance or a friendly alliance
Anvil A large defensive army; the opposite of a Hammer
Axe Axeman; a Teuton infantry troop

B - Travian related terms beginning with the letter B
BP Beginner's Protection; the 'safe time' given to a newly registered user
BRB Be Right Back; internet slang
BTW By The Way; internet slang
Bug A technical glitch in the game; fault or problem

C - Travian related terms beginning with the letter C
Cap Capital; main village ingame where fields can be built above Level 10
Cat Catapult; abbreviation applied to all tribes
Cata Catapult; abbreviation applied to all tribes
Cav Cavalry; units in the game on horseback
CBA Can't Be Arsed; internet slang
CBB Can't Be Bothered; internet slang
Chief Chieftain/Senator; abbreviation for any conquering unit, regardless of tribe
Cleaner Large wave of offensive troops with purpose of wiping all defensive troops in the village
Clearer Large wave of offensive troops with purpose of wiping all defensive troops in the village
Club Maceman/Clubswinger; a Teuton infantry troop
Clubby Maceman/Clubswinger; a Teuton infantry troop
Clubswinger An alternate translation for Maceman; a Teuton infantry troop
Confed Confederation Pact; where two alliances form an allegiance
Coords Coordinates; used to define the location of a village in the Travian 400/400 map
CP (1) Culture Points; the points needed to create a new village
CP (2) Confederation pact; where two alliances form an allegiance
Crop lock The act of removing all wheat fields and locking the village into negative wheat caused by building consumption

M - Travian related terms beginning with the letter M
Mace Tear gas in the form of an aerosol spray used in self-defense

You can make indents. Use the http://archive.forum.travian.co.uk/images/travian/editor/outdent.gif and http://archive.forum.travian.co.uk/images/travian/editor/indent.gif icons.

Yes but it seems to indent vertically and horizontally as well? Rather than on the same line. Do you know a way for us to make it look normal? :p

Hmm, the WYSIWYG editor of vBulletin doesn't allow tables, unfortunately.
You could ask Laika to allow HTML in the official guides-section so you could use a table there, but it requires someone with knownledge of basis HTML to edit it once a new word has to be added.

If it became an official guide, it would be Tullia changing it, and I have every confidence she would know how to work a table, so it's a possibility. But looking at the tab post again, it's not actually that bad, might even be better to have it all spaced out and less cluttered.

If Post 1 is a large alphabet (ABCDEFG), then the player can click on a letter (like F), which will jump to the post which has all definitions beginning with F on it. So we put A on one post, B on another post, giving us the different hyperlinks.

Or like this:

A

Word 2: Blablablablabla
B

Word 1: Blablablablabla
Word 2: Blablablablabla
C

Word 1: Blablablablabla
Word 2: Blablablablabla
