Are these numbers with level 20 forge upgrade or zero upgrade?

That would be zero upgrade.

Some one should replace my list with that table, on y Is building level x is forge upgraded.

@ zippy I just use this for catapulting normal villages or army cities. In capitals its sort of only worth to catapult the feilds if you cant be sure to destroy them then targeting anything else might not be a good idea.

Killiroid is good for this, and in fact all of it but when destroying a non-cap village having the table to hand makes it faster.

There is also the difference of pop, if you have the same, or 5times more or 5 times less, it's very different
2 situations, with cata lvl20, and one batiment lvl20 to destroy
player off 500 pop, player def 500 pop -> 36 catas is ok
player off 5000 pop, player def 500 pop -> 74 catas is ok
