No it's not. if I want to pay 121,000 for something, I have to transfer 1210 gold for it. Because the rate is 1 to 100.

If i decided I changed my mind and needed the gold back then I would only get 1 gold for 200 silver. Therefor 605 gold back.

So so messy is correct.
