    laughing ram is absolutely correct

    laughing ram 1
    Mouse keyboard 1
    Sleeping dragon 1

laughing ram's turn to post a picture

... and MK, is there really a character limit for posts????

Richard, the link is vaguely tenous but here goes

St Michaels on the Mump and Glastonbury Tor are both on the Michael line as is one of the traditional locations of the Grail due south south west of Bury St Edmunds

Glastonbury near Burrowbridge is one of the reputed burial places for Artor as is Avallon

Vezelay is the burial place for Mary Magdalen sometimes called the sang greal or grail though this is foolishness. Vezelay looks across to Avallon and the two are separated by the rivers Camut et Lot or the source of the name Camelot

So the link is Arthurian legend, who was a Burgundian prince

    Oh, obviously, right?

I take it the place can't be fictional? So I can't do, like, City 17 or something? :/

    That.

I am terrble re geography but I think its a military or air force installation or was and the only one I can think of near Colorado and the Rocky's is the new location for NORAD at Peterson AB uness its the entrance to the old subterranean nuclear shelter? Or we could have strayed into Calfornia in which case it might be Edwards AB

You narrowed it down to somewhere near one of the longest roads in the world but with the Rocky's passing through wherever it is

I suppose it could be an indian reservation rather than a military base but we need a clue from the ram

This place is famous for one thing, and saying anything about that will probably give it away

Keep thinking about military things, though.

Which technically means its not the entire of teh longest road. Its a bit of the road which is more west than east.. and east of the rockies. So only a few hundred thousand square km :p

Custers last stand? Little Big Horn?

Alright, as you've probably guessed, it's in New Mexico - as I'm pretty sure that's the only crossover point between route 66 and the rockies.

So, New Mexico... Miltary... Little and Fat... Uh... BOOOOM!

    EDIT: Richard added worrrrddsss... Yes.

Richard, if you're last name was Feynman, you'd know this place well.

I will get this wrong but Im going for Los Alomos as its in New Mexico
