Thread: Where am I?

    Default Where am I?

Two fun websites I came across today:
http://toys.usvsth3m.com/london/ << which shows you google earth shots of London and you have to guess where you are near (I've decided it's impossible to get a perfect score as some housing estates just look like others, but it's quite fun to try to at least get a respectable store)

http://www.geoguessr.com/ is the global site that predates the London-only one (and made by different people / slightly different approach)

I do enjoy some Geoguessr. It's a fun, "Oh hey, I'd forgotten that existed, lemme play a round or five." Type game.

... Uh, I might as well play a round and post the challenge.

.. Less than 200 points apart. Dang. Well, you won that one.

I like that we both saw that last one and thought, "Yeah, that's definitely Yorkshire." ... NOPE.
