No alliance can control what people want to do with their own accounts; and without wanting to get into banned discussions i would say looking at the size of the account, spawn time and the fact an account with the same name was already deleted from the server that's a bot account, could also potentially be used by an opposing player/alliance in an attempt to gain inside info. Just me with a suspicious mind
